YAWDOESITALL continues to match confidence with bold ambition, dropping a new single titled ‘VENDETTA’; the Sydney-based hip hop artist and producer revealing more about an exciting new creative arc that fans are hungry to embrace.
The track follows on from YAWDOESITALL’s single ‘OBLIVIA’ – a dynamic return for 2026 that served as a poignant reminder of the artist’s natural talent as a lyricist and performer. With ‘VENDETTA’, we see YAWDOESITALL link up with collaborators Amar. and Kayeonwun to bring this track to life.
As part of YAWDOESITALL’s new project of work, ‘VENDETTA’ is described as being a song “for the confident and wild”.
“”…Still got dreams to kick off like Kylian, by any means we’ll get it…” resilience is a part of our building block, so whenever one door closes, we jump out windows. This concludes the track to prove that the sky is the limit, and more is to be gained. Not giving up is a result of rebellion.
‘Vendetta’ encapsulates the stubbornness required to grow big. This same state of rebellion is what has formed the music journeys we’ve embarked on. A very necessary tool to avoid conforming.” YAWDOESITALL
Since his debut in 2018, YAWDOESITALL has created a catalogue that speaks to a sharp and matured sense of lyricism, a diverse sonic palette and an unshakeably individual approach to hip-hop. His music has accumulated over 900,000 streams on Spotify alone, with added industry support from Australian music media, community radio and triple j via rotation airplay and an appearance on the popular Bars Of Steel series.
Cutting his teeth on stages around Australia as a headliner, and at festivals including BIGSOUND and SXSW SYDNEY; as well as supporting the likes of BAKER BOY, JK-47 and REDVEIL (US), YAWDOESITALL has continued to push himself creatively, earning collaborations with names including TAKA PERRY and RICK ROSS.
