Sammie Walsh

Founder & Director

Sammie Walsh is Beehive PR’s founder and director. Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, she has spent more than two decades working in Australian music, including time at Mushroom Group and Future Music, before launching Beehive in 2015 with a simple idea: build an agency that loves music and cares about the people behind it. With a deep understanding of live music, touring and festivals, she brings years of experience and a love of the music to everything she does. She still loves being let in on a new record early, hearing the stories behind it and helping the right people hear it.

She made the shift to copywriting at the end of 2023 and now works across press releases, campaign copy and content for the whole team.
